Who We Are
I help organizations secure funding that aligns with their values—translating artistic vision, community impact, and accessibility commitments into clear, compelling, fundable narratives. My fund development work with you is grounded in a deep understanding of artistic process, ensuring proposals reflect not only what an organization does, but why it matters.
As an arts leader, educator, and grant strategist with over twenty years of experience, I bring a rare combination of development expertise and dramaturgical insight. This dual lens allows me to support organizations holistically—strengthening fundraising while also deepening the clarity, coherence, and accessibility of the work itself.
A core area of my practice is accessibility dramaturgy: partnering with artists and companies to embed access, inclusion, and audience experience directly into creative development. This work supports projects that are narratively rigorous, ethically grounded, and meaningfully accessible—particularly for audiences with disabilities, or who are neurodivergent and/or under-served.
In addition to dramaturgical collaboration, I offer accessibility consulting and inclusive program design, helping organizations move beyond compliance toward cultural spaces that are genuinely welcoming, relational, and sustainable.
Strong fundraising, thoughtful dramaturgy, and meaningful accessibility are interconnected practices — each rooted in care, clarity, and trust. If you're ready to broaden, deepen, and diversify, I'd love to hear about your work.
